Come join the UAOC for it's BIGGEST and BEST trip EVER!
This will be the longest trip we have ever run spanning over 15 days, stopping in 3 different locations, and all for only $450!
We will be starting the trip the evening of December 26, leaving the sub-zero blizzards of Alberta behind and heading to the warm desert climate of southern Arizona. From there you will have four days to explore the plethora of activities available in Organ Pipe Cactus National Park.
Once you've had ample time to soak in the sun in the great outdoors, it will be time to let loose and party it up to bring in the new year. We will be heading to the 'old Texas towne of El Paso' to spend New Year's eve in Gardner's Hostel, where we will be reserving every bed in the place, so there is no reason why the festivities cannot happen all night long!
After the night of optional debauchery, we will be heading out for the highlight of our trip; 7 days of camping on the Texas/Mexico border along the magnificent Rio Grande river!
Big Bend has near infinite miles of hiking, biking and backpacking trails, enormous mountain ranges, and world renowned paddling along the Rio Grande!
We will return home on January 9, just before the start of another school year with only the memories and pictures to remind us of one of the most incredible trips of our lives!

What the trip includes:
Bus trip to Arizona, across to Texas, and back to Edmonton
All camping and accomodation fees
Travel Insurance
